reserve judgement but we
were consistently told throughout the day what the future of
content was and how certain practices were dated. On this subject I
feel compelled to make a point.A little rant:It is extremely hard to sit and be schooled... us that their software is smart and it does all of
that classification, summarisation, stemming and synonym processing
without you having to think. They were also trying to tell us that
it does more than that, an example given was how a search... they visited
the company website. This may be fine in the US, I'd be a bit
careful about that kind of behaviour in Europe though - perhaps do
some reading up ob PHORM.There was also an impressive demo of

Exciting times at Ferguson Moriyama! In the week that China overtook the US to have the world’s largest online population we are now able to offer professional translation from English to Mandarin (or vice versa).Obviously with our existing technical knowledge we can offer solid consultancy on the best way to go about performing translation using your existing infrastructure. We’ll also be looking at localising the Umbraco UI for Mandarin.

Andy at Little Hanoi recommended this one to us and it didn't
Similar to Hong Van with a wonderfully spicy and herby stock. No
chilli sauce required.
Packed full of Vietnamese diners, I have been back since and
people are waiting on the pavement to get in.
No complaints whatsoever. A real top notch bowl.
Good for: Wonderful bowl of Bun bo Hue.
Bad for: A bit off the beaten track

Hong Van was recommended to us by someone who had seen our
previous reviews, so we dutifully headed south of the river.
The stock was amazing. This was the first time that we haven't
added chilli sauce to a stock. It could have been a little more
fragrant but that would be being very fussy.
Good for: Awesome chilli kick and very reasonably
Bad for: Not the nicest looking beef, and not really
enough of it either.
Still using the stationery of the previous

Andy at Little Hanoi very kindly offered to cook
as an authentic Bun Bo Hue. All we had to do was bring a big enough
group to eat it all.
Needless to say the result was superb, best we've ever had.
Unfortunately we can't rate it as you can't just walk in off the
street and order it.
If you can get a big enough group (10 or more together) I'm sure
Andy will get it together for you. Needless to say, drop us an
email so we can come along too!
So what is painful about recruitment?
First of all, recruitment agents. We don’t use them, but they call us anyway. They use tricks to get around our reception. They waste our time.
I think agents are a good idea... to focus on what you have done
And where you have done it, but we're much more interested in what you can do and what you are potentially capable of achieving with us.
It is surprisingly common for a candidate to have written a load of stuff on their CV... to some extent. You obviously aren’t a recruitment agent (unless you are a techie who wanted a career change). You didn’t search out our job on some site and send us a generic application form.
Having stumbled upon our application you are sufficiently
